Kids Farm School 2024 (Fall)

Our farm-school is a 10 week program, (once a week). Together our students will learn the power of hard work/teamwork. They learn these skill through chores. Your kid(s) will also get the opportunity to learn and engage in so many different types of hands on learning. A few examples of learning include;
1. Animals-what animals are used for, how they benefit us and our community.
2. Introduction to botany (we also have a garden center here on site)
3. Farm equipment and tools
4. Where food comes from and who helped along the way (people and machines).
5. Nature knowledge and how we can use what is around us
6. Life cycles of animals, plants.
Those are just some examples of what to expect with our program. We hope this unique experience serves your child well coming out with new friendships, a love of learning, and appreciation for the things around them.

Recommended Ages are from 4-11 years old.
(11 year olds will be given an opportunity to gain more responsibility by watching out for and helping the younger campers; teaching them leadership skills). If we get a lot of interest we will put together an older class.
Water bottle, gloves and close toed shoes are a must.
Please remember to send your child with a water bottle and own snacks every day.
Snack Break- students must bring their own snack/lunch. (due to allergies)
Classes will still be held in all weather conditions. This helps kids build character.
